Mr. David Main serves as the Vice President, Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management at DP Clinical and oversees the organization’s biometrics division including biostatistics and clinical data management. Mr. Main has 40 years of experience in biostatistics, database design, and statistical analysis programming for Phase II-III clinical trials and has been with DP Clinical since 2001.
Prior to DP Clinical, Mr. Main directed programming, data management, statistical analysis at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University. Prior to that, he provided statistical and programming support at Fidia Pharmaceutical Corporation in Washington, DC, on all clinical projects and served as an independent consultant providing statistical and programming services for pharmaceutical, laboratory, and psychological studies. Mr. Main’s research has contributed to the publication of numerous articles including many on nicotine dependence.
Dave holds an MS degree in Biostatistics from Georgetown University, an MA degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut, and a BA degree in Sociology from Susquehanna University.
